To help us identify the correct item quickly, include as much information as you can in your email. Exact details are especially important when ordering parts, fasteners, fittings and building or repair materials.
Please include any applicable measurements, dimensions, material, brand, model number, part number, size, colour or finish, and quantity required. Photos of the item, label, fitting or old part are also very helpful.
If you're unsure which details matter, send us everything you have and we'll work from there.
